I first became aware of my hearing challenge while on a cruise ship because I couldn’t fully hear the entertainers or people on stage, often missing punchlines and important information. My husband and I had already looked at two other places for hearing aids but were unhappy with their prices and care. We found Encore Hearing Care, and right away I knew it was the place for us. Leanne and the staff are thorough, have great personalities, are knowledgeable about the products, and are always available to help. I love that my hearing aids don’t use batteries, just a charger.
Now, I always wear them and feel much more comfortable in conversations, knowing I’m not just nodding along if I can’t hear. If you’re concerned about your hearing, go there as fast as you can, it’s not embarrassing, and they are hardly visible anyway. My favorite thing is how friendly and willing the staff are to discuss any questions—they truly care.
