I first noticed my hearing was getting worse when I kept asking my husband to turn up the TV volume, and it started bothering him because it was too loud, so I knew I had to do something. Before contacting Encore Hearing Care, I was worried about losing one of my hearing aids and also concerned about my allergies since my ears get itchy inside and out, but we're working on it.
When I first visited, I liked that it’s a small office and I’m working directly with the owner, which made it feel very personal and trustworthy. I put my hearing aids on late in the morning, and everything seems to be working well for me. My favorite thing is how attentive the owner is. To anyone considering them, I’d say it’s a small and very personal office where I feel I can trust what’s going on.
