I initially noticed that I might have a hearing challenge when my wife had to repeat what she said on numerous occasions. I was concerned about the price before contacting Encore Hearing Care, but my first impression was that they were professional, knew how to evaluate hearing loss, and provided recommendations to resolve it. The hearing aids have had a big impact, as about 85 percent of repeat questions are no longer needed. I appreciate their service, especially with battery replacement and addressing issues like tinnitus. I would recommend the clinic and have already sent a friend there.
