I do not remember the time I first noticed my hearing challenge, but my family encouraged me to seek hearing aids, so I did. I had no concerns before contacting Encore Hearing Care. The personnel and office are welcoming, knowledgeable, and very caring. Welcoming professionalism is most important to me, along with their hearing knowledge. Since using hearing aids, I can hear so much better than before. To anyone concerned about their hearing, I would say: Go visit!
